Netflix, Hulu, Prime video) Upstairs: Our upstairs area is vaulted and open-concept with spectacular wood paneling, which makes for legit cozy cabin vibes. Here you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area, and comfy reading corner all in one area. Great for entertaining larger groups so everyone can be in on the fun! There is also one bedroom and one full bathroom on this same level, slightly separated from the main room. -The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need including brand new appliances such as a gas GE range, Galanz vintage refrigerator and microwave, and retro toaster, plenty of counterspace, air fryer, instant pot/rice cooker, pots/pans including griddle pan, cooking utensils, cooking spices, oil & vinegar, serving dishes, chidren's dishes, cups, and utensils, tupperware, dog bowls, dishwasher, Reverse Osmosis water filtration system right out of a spout on the sink, Ninja blender, smoothy maker, electric hand mixer, Cuisinart coffee machine, pour-over coffee maker, french press, electric tea kettle, two 8-10 cup coffee packs provided, as well as a selection of fine teas. -The living room contains an impressive river rock wood-burning fireplace, a comfy Crate and Barrel genuine leather couch, and a tufted velvet convertible futon sofa bed that can accommodate one person comfortably. **futon is on the shorter side, so works best for the petite (61"x40"x17")** -The dining area is lit up by an enormous, dimmable chandelier, and includes a larger expandable dining table that accommodates up to eight guests. High chair and Pack n' Play available for infants upon request as well! - A large sliding patio door opens up to our expansive upper deck and allows you to enjoy the view looking over the trees and breathe in the crisp mountain air. You will also find... drum roll please... a PAC-MAN 12-IN-1 LEGACY EDITION ARCADE 1UP. Twelve games, one cabinet, unlimited retro gaming fun. Nuff said. -The full-bathroom provides access for both the master and "secret" bedroom. You will find a gorgeous clawfoot tub with rain shower head and two Jack and Jill pedestal sinks beneath twinkling mini chandeliers. Definitely an eye-catching space to say the least. Keep in mind the tub is mainly meant for soaking as the ceilings are low, so the vertically endowed may have to crouch to use the shower. Other Details to Note

If bringing pets, it is $35 per pet, per stay, to accommodate our cleaning crew. Pets must be on a leash unless they are in the back yard to be respectful to our neighbors. Thank you! Please check our "House rules" (under Things to know, at the bottom of the page) before booking, to make sure our cabin is right for your getaway :) *Our permit has a strict limit of 8 people, and infants are counted within that number even though Airbnb does not count them. Please keep this is mind when booking as eviction may be necessary if this guest count is exceeded to avoid exorbitant fines from county code enforcement. *Holidays/snow season are our busiest times and therefore highest prices— they keep us in business throughout the year & allow us to provide a wonderful escape for those in nearby cities & beyond. Please consider this when booking. You are paying for the most sought-after times, so if you snag these times, you are truly a fantastic planner, as we tend to book months in advance! *Heads up, if it is snowing, you will need chains or a 4x4 for all of Big Bear. A shovel is on-site for guest use for any other snow removal needs. There are NO refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow/ any acts of nature. Please be prepared to avoid needing towing. *Certain native wild life such as mice, squirrels, chipmunks, donkeys, raccoons, bears, coyotes, insects etc are native to Big Bear and although we do our best to keep the property free from these types of visitors, we cannot guarantee you will not come across them during your stay. Should you come across them during your stay we will do our best to resolve the issue, however We do not refund if you encounter this type of wild life during your stay. *Our jacuzzi technician services and cleans the spa before each guest’s arrival. The water is tested to ensure the perfect balance of chemicals for sanitation and safety, so a chlorine-like smell is expected. This indicates that the water is safe and clean.
